Abstract: The FIA Formula E Championship is the world's first all-electric motor racing series. The concept was initiated by FIA President Jean Todt as a means to demonstrate the potential of sustainable mobility. Inspired by this vision, Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag took the idea and created a global entertainment brand with motor racing at its heart. On the recent concluded FIA Formula E - Berlin ePrix, Airwheel showed up on the spot.
Compared with Formula 1, Formula E is new, a class of auto racing that uses only electric-powered cars. FIA Formula E - Berlin ePrix held in Official eVillage - Karl-Marx-Allee near Alexanderplatz in Berlin has arrested much attention on 21st May 2016. Airwheel showed up on the spot, such as S6, M3, A3 and the latest S8, a two wheel saddle-equipped scooter. The compact Mg-Al alloys body frame, designed by aviation standard and curve concept, is so solid that its carrying capacity can reach a maximum of 100kg.
Airwheel S8 debuted in Germany, marking the birth of a new concept of sitting posture self-balancing scooter. Akin to Airwheel S6, S8 inherits the dual ride mode. Riders can either sit on the ergonomic saddle or stand on the platform pressing the seat with legs. Choosing to ride Airwheel S8 seated, riders can enjoy the convenience of its adjustable saddle, which can be comfortably regulated for people of any height, providing the most comfortable position.
The specially designed 10 in wheels allow for extremely precise movements, and all the sensitivity required to perform even the most complex manoeuvres in reduced spaces. The tubeless tires with excellent performances ensure that you ride on any roads steadily.
What's more, there is an upgrade of the Airwheel App. In addition to the basic functions, as data query, GPS, fault detection and intelligent speed limit, the IM social system is designed for you and your scooter friends to communicate and share photos on the way, etc.
